This website collects personal data exclusively through the voluntary contact form. The data collected is: name (or nickname), email address, project type, and message content. No data is collected automatically beyond what is described below under Third-Party Services.
Data collected via the contact form is processed for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry or commission request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request) and/or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given freely by submitting the form).
Contact form submissions are retained only for the duration necessary to handle your request, or until you request deletion. No marketing lists are maintained. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to inedita23@gmail.com.

This site does not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising technologies. The only browser storage used is localStorage for two technical purposes: (1) remembering that you have authenticated with the access PIN, so you are not asked again on reload; (2) remembering your cookie consent choice.
